When do the effects show?

Skin: 4 to 6 weeks with regular sessions 2-3/week. Sleep: same night. Muscle recovery: the next post-training session.

Does it burn?

No. Red light is non-ionizing, it does not heat significantly. You feel a soft warmth, similar to passive sun.

How long are the sessions?

30 min face-up. If you come for skin, we also recommend 30 face-down. For sleep or recovery 30 is enough.

Is it compatible with dermatology treatments?

Generally yes, but if you are on isotretinoin, peels, or photosensitizing medication, check first.
